For many years now, I have been on a learning adventure, here is something unique that I discovered along the way!


When we walk, run, exercise and move through our daily activities, we have a unique opportunity to do so in relaxed and well-structured ways. This opportunity is by design. Our bodies are made to be relaxed, strong, flexible, and efficient. However, each person must learn how to maximize the use of their design.


This means that we have an opportunity to be in alignment with our body's natural design to be strong, flexible, and efficient - or we can be in varying degrees of violation of that design.
