Relaxation Is A Life-Changing Skill!

Relaxation is a life-changing skill for anyone who wants and/or needs to finally win the battle against unwanted stress and anxiety.

 

Simply put, being relaxed and being at peace is going to feel a lot happier, and is going to feel a lot healthier, for anyone who has been experiencing one or more of the many unwanted alternatives.    

 

I've Been Teaching 'Relaxation & More' For Some Time, Now :)

In the past, I have taught relaxation and meditation techniques – in-person and virtual - to unique individuals, community college classes, drug and alcohol rehab groups, psychiatric patients, geriatric groups, medical professionals, corporate professionals, yoga groups, tai chi groups, massage therapist groups [continuing education], high school and college athletes, and more.  [I am a certified professional nlp practitioner, hypnotist, life coach, tai chi instructor, and chi gong instructor]

 

The ability to relax is something that we all need in order to enjoy our greatest possible health and happiness in the 'right here and now'!

 

This photo was taken about 15 years ago. Now, at fifty two years old, I definitely have 'a few more wrinkles' - but, as of today, I can still do the split! - Guided Relaxation / Meditation [In one-on-one virtual classes, you can set up a comfortable spot 'in the privacy of your own home’ to just listen and enjoy all of the benefits that come right along with taking time to relax and let it all go.] [In addition, as an option, if you let me know what you feel is 'keeping you from relaxation', we can then employ some nlp and hypnosis techniques in order to help clear an even greater mental, physical and emotional space for your relaxation to take place.]   

 

- Meditation Instruction [In one-on-one virtual classes, you can learn to do what I call ‘pure meditation’. This is when you are completely relaxed, your mind is clear like pure water and you can even move around while maintaining this very peaceful mind-state using a special form of mindfulness. [I share this skill using just three basic steps. However, there may be some obstacles to clear / additional steps to learn before you can do it in just three steps. Ultimately, it is possible to achieve this state of pure meditation using just one simple step. We can talk more about this later.]

 

- Clearing The Obstacles w/ NLP, Hypnosis & Life Coaching [There are times in life when we need to clear one or more obstacles that are standing in the way of us being able to enjoy being relaxed, happy, healthy, positive, and productive. This is when NLP, Hypnosis and some general Life Coaching can be quite useful.] [These are tools that I have ready and available in the event that they are needed.]

 

- More Options [In one-on-one virtual classes, we can do the kind of relaxed stretching that naturally leads both mind-and-body to feel more youthful, more relaxed, even happier, even healthier, and even more productive.] [Plus, I have a handful of special exercises – Effortless Body & Mind Exercises - that teach how to use healthy and natural body alignment in order to keep our youthful, relaxed, happy, healthy, positive, productive, and flexible 'body-&-mindset' going strong, even while moving through the day!]

Before You Make Contact About Possible Classes, Here Are Some Answers To Questions That Some Might Have [Plus, actual comments that others have shared with me].


Q: Nate, are you one of those instructors who pretends that they are 'living the perfect life' in order to attract students? I need to work with someone who is real.


A: I will be the first to admit that I am far from perfect. I am having this human experience just like everyone else [laugh, cry, fall down, get back up, etc]. Just ask my beautiful family. I do believe - based upon experience - however, that many great things can be invited into, and allowed into, our lives the more we learn to 'clean up our minds', the more we learn to 'purify our intentions', and the more we learn to 'remain in physical alignment' with the greatness of our own body's design. When we are doing our very best in an honest attempt to accomplish such goals, especially as we are aging, trying to 'appear perfect' is simply not going to be an option.]


Q: When it comes to your students, are you happy working with all walks of life: different religions, world views, stances on politics, etc, etc?


A: Every student that I have ever worked with has proven to be unique. In this way, I have found that various labels and /or preconceptions are best set aside so that we can get-to-work in areas that are much deeper than any surface-level concerns. Good people are good people - and, there are plenty of at-risk people with good hearts who are trying to 'evolve and mature up to' the level of being 'good people'. In my own life, I have been given many 'second chances'. It's been a humbling experience - and, I try my best to remember this when meeting and observing others.
